Established in 2016, OBSKUR RADIO is a digital platform dedicated to spotlighting underground electronic music and amplifying voices often overlooked by the mainstream.
With a sharp focus on queer, women, and boundary-pushing talent from around the globe, the station serves as both a sonic archive and a space for community connection for artists to find one another.

Broadcasting weekly, OBSKUR RADIO curates mixes, live sets, and features that reflect the evolving pulse of dance music culture; highlighting local scenes, experimental approaches, and global perspectives.​
The project acts as a tool for learning, gathering insight into our community, exploring what’s shifting within the culture, and collecting data to better understand how we can grow, connect, and expand.

When COVID hit, OBSKUR RADIO turned to Twitch as a way to stay connected, keep the music alive, and support our community from a distance. Streaming became a tool for resilience, offering space for experimentation, global collaboration, and real-time connection when dancefloors were shut down.

Now, we use Twitch more intentionally for special events, curated showcases, release parties, and cross-continental collaborations that bring the spirit of OBSKUR into a live digital format.
